On January 16, 2015 at approximately 2:00 a.m. police responded to an altercation at 150 University West, Waterloo. Three men assaulted the victim, a 24 year old Waterloo man. The victim received non-life threatening injuries and was treated at the hospital before being released.
An 18 year old Kitchener male and a 24 year old Kitchener male were arrested leaving the area in a vehicle. A quantity of methamphetamine and cocaine was located and seized during the arrest. The 2 men were held for court, charged with aggravated assault and 2 counts of possession for the purpose of trafficking.
The 3rd suspect fled the scene and is described as a male, darker complexion, 5’6 – 5’7″
