Robert MCARTHUR – Drunk Driving

(MIDDLESEX CENTRE, ON) At approximately 9:26 p.m. on January 17, 2015, the Middlesex County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) responded to a complaint of a possible impaired driver on Glendon Drive, near Old River Road.

Police located the vehicle, a black Ford pickup truck, and determined that the driver had been drinking alcohol.

The driver was placed under arrest, and transported to a Middlesex County OPP detachment for breath tests.

As a result of the investigation, Robert MCARTHUR, age 49, from Strathroy Caradoc, Ontario, has been charged with driving while ability impaired – motor vehicle (alcohol), and driving with more than 80 mgs of alcohol in blood, contrary to the Criminal Code of Canada.

The accused was released from police custody by way of a Promise to Appear, and is scheduled to answer to the charges in a London court, on February 26 2015.
