(Bancroft, Ontario) – On the 21st of January 2015, an officer from the Bancroft detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) stopped a vehicle on Highway 28 in Faraday Township. Investigation following the traffic stop revealed that the driver and passenger were in possession of marihuana.
41 year old William THOMAS of Bancroft, Ontario was arrested and has been charged with possession of marihuana for the purpose of trafficking. He was released from custody on a promise to appear with conditions and is scheduled to appear at the Ontario Court of Justice in Bancroft, Ontario on the 10th of March 2015.
