(PLYMPTON-WYOMING, ON) Lambton Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) officers with assistance from OPP West Region Criminal Operations have completed their investigation into a fatal single motor vehicle rollover collision. The collision took place December 13, 2014 just before 9:00 p.m. in the westbound lanes of Highway 402 claiming the life of one vehicle occupant.
The male driver of the vehicle, Daniel CROCKFORD, 27 years of age from Sarnia was arrested by OPP on January 29, 2015 and charged with:
Fail to Provide Necessaries of Life (Section 215 CC)
Criminal Negligence Causing Death (Section 220 CC)
After a court appearance on January 29, 2015, he was released with a new Sarnia court date of March 9, 2015. As the matter is now before the courts, there is no further information at this time.
