(CITY OF KAWARTHA LAKES, ON.) The City of Kawartha Lakes detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) is currently investigating an incident involving a break, enter and theft into a company utility trailer that was parked at a construction site on Crane Bay Road.
An officer attended the location and observed that the trailer door had been damaged, allowing entry into the trailer. Approximately $3 000 worth of hand tools, tool boxes and welding cable was stolen.
A Scenes of Crime Officer (SOCO) attended the location to assist with the investigation.
