(TILLSONBURG, ON.) – On February 1, 2015 at approximately 2:36 a.m. Oxford County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) while on patrol, observed a vehicle travelling at a high rate of speed on Vienna Road in Tillsonburg.
Police observed the vehicle to be travelling over 85 km/hr in a posted 50 km/hr zone and crossing lanes of traffic.
As a result of investigation, police have charged 31 year old Dylan HILL of Tillsonburg under the Criminal Code of Canada with the following:
Dangerous Operation of Motor Vehicle
Driving with More than 80 mgs of Alcohol in Blood
Breach of Recognizance
The male was released on a Promise to Appear at the Ontario Court of Justice in Woodstock on February 24, 2015.
