(NORFOLK COUNTY, ON) – The Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) Norfolk County Detachment has charged a 32 year old male after police investigated a single motor vehicle collision at an Old Highway 24, Townsend, Norfolk County, Ontario address.
On Sunday, February 1, 2015 at approximately 12:14 a.m., police were called to investigate a single motor vehicle collision at an Old Highway 24 address after the vehicle left the roadway striking two hydro poles.
As a result of investigation, police arrested and charged 32 year old Jamie ROY of Norfolk County, Ontario with driving over the legal limit.
He is to appear in Provincial Court, Simcoe at a later date to answer to the charge.
