(HALDIMAND COUNTY, ON.) – Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) Haldimand County detachment has charged a 36 year old man with Drinking and Driving offences after being called to a Rainham Road, Dunnville, Haldimand County, ON address.
On Saturday January 31st, 2015 at approximately 12:00 am Police were called to a Nissan vehicle in the ditch on Rainham Rd. just outside of Dunnville. While the officer was responding to the call the driver of the Nissan car was located a short distance away. While speaking with the officer signs of impairment by alcohol was detected which resulted in his arrest.
Charged with Impaired Operation of a Motor Vehicle and Care and Control of a Motor Vehicle with over the legal limit of Alcohol is 36 year old William WILCOX of Haldimand County, ON. He is to appear in Provincial Court, Cayuga, ON at a later date to answer to the charges.
