Adam TAYLOR – Drunk Driving

(CENTRE WELLINGTON TOWNSHIP, ON) – On February 2, 2015 at approximately 10:01 p.m., members of the Wellington County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) investigated the driver of a 2005 Nissan on Water Street in Elora, Centre Wellington Township.

While speaking with the driver, police observed obvious signs that he had been consuming alcohol. A Roadside Screening Device test was conducted which resulted in a fail. He was arrested and transported to a local OPP Operations Centre for further testing.

The driver’s licence was suspended for 90 days and vehicle impounded for seven days as per statute.

Adam TAYLOR age 43 of Wellington North Township has been charged with Over 80 mgs contrary to the Criminal Code of Canada. He is scheduled to appear in Guelph Criminal Court on February 20, 2015 to answer to the charge.
