(North Dundas) On January 22, 2015 Stormont, Dundas & Glengarry (SD&G) Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) began an assault investigation involving a male youth. Investigation indicated that between January 19-22, 2015, the male had assaulted, threatened and harassed two (2) female youths while traveling on a school bus.
On January 28, 2015 the 15-year-old male from North Dundas Township was arrested and is charged with;
– Assault (2 counts)
– Sexual Assault (4 counts)
– Utter Threats (2 counts)
– Criminal Harassment (2 counts)
– Fail to Comply with Probation Order (2 counts)
He was released and is scheduled to appear at the Ontario Court of Justice in Cornwall on March 26, 2015.
