(Odessa, ON)- On March 11, 2015 an officer with the Loyalist Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police was dispatched to a report of a vehicle in the ditch on County Road 6 in Loyalist Township.
The driver of the vehicle, 49 year-old Nancy STEELE of Loyalist Township was arrested at the scene for impaired driving and taken to Napanee OPP detachment for breath tests.
STEELE faces charges of impaired driving and over 80. She was released on a Promise to Appear and is scheduled to appear in Provincial Court in Napanee.
