Theft From Library

(NORFOLK COUNTY, ON) – The Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) Norfolk County Detachment is reminding the public to protect their property and valuables against would be thieves after a theft was reported at a Colborne Street South, Simcoe, Norfolk County, Ontario address.

On Saturday, March 14, 2015 at approximately 1:48 p.m., unknowns attended the Simcoe Public Library and proceeded to remove a makeup bag from a purse located in front sitting area.

Police are continuing the investigating and are reviewing video surveillance video in an attempt to identify the person responsible.
