(GUELPH-ERAMOSA TOWNSHIP, ON) – On March 16, 2015 at approximately 4:00 p.m., members of the Wellington County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) stopped the driver of a 2007 Pontiac on Wellington Road 124 near Wellington Road 27 in Guelph-Eramosa Township for a Highway Traffic Act violation. Investigation revealed that the driver was in possession of a small quantity of suspected marihuana.
Christopher CROWE age 25 from the Town of Erin has been charged with Possession of Marihuana Under 30 Grams contrary to the Controlled Drugs and Substances Act. He is scheduled to appear in Guelph Criminal Court on April 28, 2015 to answer to the charge.
