(ORILLIA, ON) – The Orillia Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) has charged a male party with Mischief after damage was caused at the Orillia OPP detachment.
On March 19, 2015 at approximately 11:30 p.m., Orillia OPP responded to complaints of a fight in the area of Mississaga Street East and William Street in the City of Orillia. Upon arriving at scene officers located the parties involved and one male was arrested for causing a disturbance.
While in his cell at Orillia detachment, the male proceeded to smear blood all over the walls and urinate on the floor. Due to the actions of the male the cell area needed to be professionally cleaned and sterilized before in could be used again.
Kevin BURTON, 33 years old of Orillia, has been charged with Mischief. He was released on a Promise to Appear in Orillia court on April 28, 2015.
