(CITY OF KAWARTHA LAKES, ON.) – On March 23, 2015 the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) received a complaint related to a suspicious vehicle. An officer was able to locate the vehicle on Highway 7 near Post Road.
The ensuing investigation resulted in Dillon CONNOLLY-SMITH, 20 years of age, being arrested and charged with possession of marihuana, under 30 grams, contrary to the Controlled Drugs and Substances Act.
The accused will appear in court, in Lindsay, on April 23, 2015.
