On March 25, 2015 at 6:09 p.m., the Guelph Police were advised of a possible impaired driver on MacDonell Street. The driver and vehicle were located on Delhi Street. Police spoke with the female driver and a demand was made for a roadside breath sample. She failed this test and was arrested.
Cora Smih, 36 years of Plattsville has been charged with drive over 80 mg. She will appear in court on April 10, 2015.
