(NORFOLK COUNTY, ON) – The Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) Norfolk County Detachment received a report of an attempt theft of a motor vehicle at a Rutherford Drive, Simcoe, Norfolk County, Ontario address.
On Thursday, March 26, 2015 between 6:00 p.m. and 10:30 p.m., unknown suspects proceeded to enter a locked Chevrolet Silverado that was parked in the driveway of the residence. The suspects damaged the driver side door lock and gained entry. Once inside unknowns then damaged the ignition however they were unsuccessful in removing the vehicle from the property.
