Drug Bust In Palmerston

(TOWN OF MINTO, ON) – On March 26, 2015, Wellington County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) Street Crime Unit (SCU), uniform patrol officers and the West Region Emergency Response Team (ERT) executed a Controlled Drugs and Substances Act (CDSA) warrant at a residence on Inkerman Street, Palmerston, Town of Minto.

A male was arrested at the home and during the search, suspected Methamphetamine and Dilaudid was located. The hydroelectricity to the home was tampered with and a stolen snow blower recovered. There was also a homemade weapon seized.

Karl BRUNNER age 55 of Palmerston is charged with;

Possession of Methamphetamine-Controlled Drugs And Substances Act (C.D.S.A.)

Possession of Dilaudid-C.D.S.A.

Possession of Weapon for Dangerous Purpose-Criminal Code (C.C.)

Mischief Under $ 5,000-C.C.

Theft of Electricity or Gas-C.C.

Possession Property Obtained by Crime Under $5,000-C.C.

He is scheduled to appear in Guelph Bail Court on March 27, 2015.
