(SOUTH-WEST OXFORD, ON.) – On March 29, 2015 at approximately 10:59 p.m. Oxford County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) responded to a collision on Sweaburg Road between a pickup truck and a Honda Civic.
Both vehicles had been travelling southbound on Sweaburg Road. The pickup truck was followed by the automobile. The automobile sustained extensive damage as a result of the collision. There were no injuries from the collision.
As a result of investigation, police have charged the male driver of the automobile, 20 year old Terrance GRATTON of Woodstock under the Criminal Code of Canada with the following:
Dangerous Operation of Motor Vehicle
The male was served an appearance notice to attend the Ontario Court of Justice in Woodstock on a future date.
