(SPRINGWATER TWP., ON.) – On April 4th, 2015 at approximately 2:00 a.m., members of the Huronia West Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police while on routine patrol observed a motor vehicle westbound on Carson Road that exhibited signs of impairment. This motor vehicle was stopped and Police quickly determined that the driver of this motor vehicle was operating it while under the influence of alcohol.
Charged with “Impaired Operation” and “Exceed 80 mgs” is Joshua CARRICK, 19 years old from Uxbridge, Ontario. First appearance is April 21st, 2015 in Collingwood court.
