On Monday night at approximately 10:38pm, a 27 year old Barrie resident was observed sitting in a motor vehicle near a restaurant in the Bayfield St. and Heather St. area. The officer spoke to the accused who was about to drive off. The officer was able to detect that the accused had been drinking. The accused failed a roadside breath test and was arrested for Drive Over 80mgs. He was taken to the station where he provided two further sample of 185mgs, the accused was charged accordingly and later released by way of a Promise to Appear.
