(OXFORD COUNTY, ON.) – On April 10, 2015 at approximately 1:30 p.m. Oxford County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) responded to a vehicle travelling at a high rate of speed and passing vehicles unsafely on Highway 401 westbound, west of Ingersoll.
Police received further complaints of a vehicle of similar description being operated in the same manner travelling 401 Highway eastbound.
Police located the vehicle and activated emergency lights in an attempt to stop the vehicle. The driver failed to stop when directed and within a few minutes several officers were able to bring the vehicle to a safe stop on the 401 Highway eastbound, east of Drumbo Road.
As a result of investigation, police have charged the 38 year old female driver. Antoneta ARGILOFF of Toronto with the following:

Flight while Pursued by Peace Officer ~ Criminal Code of Canada
Fail to stop for Police (Pursuit) ~ Highway Traffic Act
Race a motor vehicle ~ Highway Traffic Act
The female was held for a bail hearing.
