(CITY OF KAWARTHA LAKES, ON.) – The City of Kawartha Lakes detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) is currently on scene of a motor vehicle collision involving a police cruiser.
On April 13, 2015 at 5:15pm the OPP was contacted in regards to a two vehicle collision that occurred on Glenarm Road West of Killarney Bay Road.
The OPP’s Technical Collision Investigation unit (TCI) is on scene to assist with the investigation. Glenarm Road is closed between Killarney Bay Road and Elm Tree Road. It is expected to remain closed for several hours for the investigation.
The driver of each vehicle was transported to a local hospital via ambulance with non-life threatening injuries.
