(NORWICH, ON) – On April 11, 2015 at approximately 9:35 p.m. while on general patrol Oxford County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) conducted a street check of two males walking on Clyde Street in Norwich.
Investigation revealed that one of the males was breaching a court order and was arrested.
Charged is 18 year old Dameon GOVIER of Woodstock with the following:
Possession of Schedule II substance for the purpose of Trafficking – under 3 kilograms ( Cannabis Marihuana) ~ Controlled Drugs and Substances Act
Fail to comply with Conditions of Undertaking Given by Officer in Charge ~ Criminal Code of Canada
The male was held in custody for a bail hearing.
