(NORWICH, ON.) – On April 10, 2015 at approximately 8:43 p.m. Oxford County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) responded to a vehicle in the ditch on Towerline Road in Norwich township.
As a result of investigation, police have charged the 63 year old male, Gordon TALBOT of SW Oxford Township under the Criminal Code of Canada with the following:
Care or Control While Ability Impaired (Alcohol)
Care or Control Over 80 miligrams
The male was released on a Promise to Appear at the Ontario Court of Justice in Woodstock on April 28, 2015.
