(Amaranth,ON)-. On April 11th. 2015 at 1:50 PM Dufferin OPP officers were doing speed enforcement on Highway 89 just west of Mono-Amaranth Townline in Amaranth Township.
Officers observed an eastbound while Mazda sedan travelling at 129 km/hr in a posted 80 km zone.
The vehicle was stopped and driver failed to surrender his drivers license.
As a result the 29 year old male from Markham ,Ontario has been charged with fail to surrender his drivers license and racing and had his vehicle and drivers license seized for 7 days.
The accused will appear in court at a later date in Orangeville to answer to the charges.
