(BATCHEWANA FIRST NATION, ON) – On April 12, 2015 at approximately 7:00 pm Batchewana First Nation Police received a complaint of several persons damaging property on Whitefish Island.
Batchewana First Nation Police with the assistance of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) and the Sault Ste. Marie Police Service (SSMPS) attended the area.
As a result of police investigation a 17 year old male from Sault Ste. Marie Ontario was arrested and charged with one count of Mischief under $5000.
18 year old Joshua PRINGLE of Sault Ste. Marie Ontario was arrested and charged with one count of Mischief under $5000.
21 year old Steven STUNELL of Sault Ste. Marie Ontario was arrested and charged with two counts of Breach of Recognizance.
