(COUNTY OF BRANT, ON) – The Ontario Provincial Police (OPP), County of Brant detachment is investigating a motor vehicle on Highway #54 in the County of Brant.
On Saturday April 11, 2015 at approximately 1:30 pm members of the County of Brant OPP responded to a single vehicle collision on Highway #54 in the County of Brant.
The investigation revealed that the involved vehicle struck a section of guard rail resulting in severe damage to the vehicle. The driver of the vehicle James Gerald Jacobs age 38 of Fort Erie, Ontario was arrested at the scene and charged with Impaired driving and dangerous Driving contrary to the Criminal Code of Canada.
