(TILLSONBURG, ON) – On April 14, 2015, at approximately 12:04 p.m. Oxford County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) responded to a trespass and theft incident that had just occurred at the Town Centre Mall on Broadway Street in Tillsonburg.
After being identified, the male suspect fled on foot. Police located and subsequently charged the male. The male was found to be in possession of stolen property.
As a result of the investigation, 25 year old Dustin VANHAVERBEKE of Tillsonburg has been charged under the criminal code of Canada with the following:
Theft Under $5,000
Possession of Property obtained by Crime
Fail to Comply with Probation Order (2 counts)
The male was held in custody for a bail hearing.
