(CITY OF KAWARTHA LAKES, ON.) – On April 17, 2015 an OPP officer observed a vehicle travelling at a high rate of speed on Gray Road near Highway 35 and subsequently stopped the vehicle.
The driver, Michal MULARCZYK, 29 years of age, was travelling at 134 km/h in an 80 km/h zone and was charged with stunt driving – aggressive passing. His driver’s licence was suspended roadside and the vehicle was towed from the scene.
The accused will appear in court, in Lindsay, on June 9, 2015.
