(LEAMINGTON, ON) –The Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) in Leamington stopped at vehicle on April 17, 2015 at approximately 2:20 a.m. on Morgan Avenue in Leamington for travelling faster than the posted speed limit.
The lone female occupant of the vehicle was spoken to and investigation revealed that she was in possession of a small amount of marihuana.
Amber ULCH, age 20 of Kingsville, was arrested and charged with Possession of a Controlled Substance. She will appear in a Leamington court on May 7, 2015 to answer to the charge.
