(CITY OF TEMISKAMING SHORES, ON) Shortly after 6:00 p.m. on April 14, 2015, a member of the Temiskaming Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) conducted a traffic stop at Portage Bay Road, in Coleman Township.
Police approached the vehicle and checked the status of the driver. Further investigation resulted in 3 occupants facing charges.
Driver, Daniel PLANTE, 27, of Haileybury is charged for possession of marihuana under the Controlled Drugs and Substances Act.
Corey JODOUIN, 25, of Haileybury is charged for possession of marihuana and cannabis resin under the Controlled Drugs and Substances Act.
Sarah HEARN, 25, of Haileybury is charged for possession of marihuana under the Controlled Drugs and Substances Act.
They will be appearing in the Ontario Court of Justice in Haileybury on May 26, 2015.
