(Bracebridge, ON) – On Saturday April 18th, 2015 shortly before 5:00 p.m., while patrolling Hawn road in Bracebridge, police encountered a man operating an off road vehicle who was not wearing a helmet. Police entered into an investigation of the circumstances and determined the operator to be under the influence of alcohol.
28 year-old Gordon LAFONTAINE of Bracebridge was subsequently charged with Over 80mg CC253(1)(b) and will appear in Bracebridge Criminal Court on May 5th, 2015 to answer to the charge.
