(CITY OF KAWARTHA LAKES, ON.) – On April 21, 2015 at 8:13p.m. the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) was contacted in regards to a possible break and enter in progress when a resident of Crane Bay Road observed a suspicious vehicle at a neighbour’s home.
Initial investigation indicated that the residence had been entered and an OPP officer was able to locate the suspect vehicle a short time later.
As a result of the investigation two 17 year old males from the City of Kawartha Lakes were arrested and charged with break and enter and with possession of property obtained by crime, contrary to the Criminal Code.
The accused parties will appear in court, in Lindsay on May 19, 2015.
