On April 21, 2015, just after 8:14am, a workplace accident occurred at a business located at 167 Lexington Ct, #7 Waterloo- Mike Foregrave and Associates Industries. A female worker was injured while operating a piece of equipment. Waterloo Fire provided initial assistance and the worker was transported to Grand River Hospital by paramedics. She was subsequently transported to a Hamilton hospital for further treatment. The Ministry of Labour is investigating.
