(Peterborough County, ON) – Members of the Peterborough County Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) were busy with impaired drivers over the weekend.
On Friday night just after 10:00pm, police followed a vehicle that was driving erratically on Peterborough County Road 10 in Cavan-Monaghan Township.
Heather Michelle HOGAN (age 54) of Cavan-Monaghan Township, ON is charged with Impaired Driving and driving with more than 80mg of alcohol in her blood. The accused is scheduled to appear in Peterborough Provincial Court on May 21, 2015.
On Saturday night just after 9:00pm, police were alerted to a possible impaired driver by a citizen who called 911. Police stopped the suspected erratic driver on Lansdowne Street East.
Stuart Lorne BOYLE (age 44) of Ajax, ON is charged with impaired driving and driving with more than 80mg of alcohol in his blood. The accused is scheduled to appear in Peterborough Provincial Court on May 21, 2015.
Early Sunday morning, just before 4:00am, police stopped a vehicle on White Valley Road in the Municipality of Trent Lakes.
Miles Lawrence MIDDLETON (age 26) of Trent Lakes, ON is charged with impaired driving and driving with more than 80mg of alcohol in his blood. The accused is scheduled to appear in Peterborough Provincial Court on May 28, 2015.
