(RED LAKE, ON) – On April 30, 2015, members of the OPP Community Drug Action Team, in partnership with the Dryden Police Service executed a search warrant in relation to a Controlled Drug and Substances investigation.
During the execution of the warrant, police intercepted and seized a quantity of pills with a street value of approximately $14,800.
Stuart SMITH, 50 years, of Vermillion Bay, has been charged with:
Trafficking a Schedule 1 Substance (hydromorphone) contrary to the Controlled Drugs and Substances Act.
Trafficking a Schedule 1 Substance (morphine), contrary to the Controlled Drugs and Substances Act
SMITH has been held in custody for an audio court appearance on May 2, 2015.
