(NORFOLK COUNTY, ON) – The Ontario Provincial Police (OPP), Norfolk County Detachment arrested and charged a 45 year old male after police responded to an incident at a Norfolk Street South, Simcoe, Norfolk County, Ontario, address.
On Thursday, Thursday, April 30, 2015 at approximately 12:41 p.m., police responded to the CIBC bank after being contacted by a concerned member of the public.
Through investigation it has been determined that the male entered the financial institution and became upset resulting in a verbal altercation with banking employees.
As a result of police investigation, 45 year old Brian Valere VANHOUTTEGHEM was charged with causing a disturbance.
He is to appear in Provincial Court, Simcoe at a later date to answer to the charge.
