(NORWICH TOWNSHIP, ON.) – On April 23, 2015 at approximately 4:30 p.m., the Oxford County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) received an indecent act complaint from a motorist on Highway 403 westbound near Highway 53 in Norwich Township.
The motorist advised that a lone male driver who was travelling in the same direction was observed exposing himself and performing an indecent act as he passed the witness. The motorist called police to report the incident.
As a result of the investigation, on May 1, 2015, the accused was placed under arrest. Glen COOK, 53 years old, of Dutton-Dunwich, was charged with Indecent Act in a Public Place. He was released from custody on a Promise to Appear and is scheduled to appear in court on May 26, 2015.
