(LEAMINGTON, ON) –The Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) in Leamington responded to a call of a vehicle in the ditch on May 1, 2015 at approximately 10:25 p.m. on Highway 3 in Leamington.
Officers arrived and found the sole occupant of the vehicle uninjured but exhibiting signs of impairment.
Crystal BARRY, age 33 of Essex was arrested and charged with Impaired Operation of a Motor Vehicle and Exceed 80 Milligrams of Blood Alcohol Content. She will appear in a Leamington court on May 21, 2015 to answer to the charges.
