(AWERES TOWNSHIP, ON) – On May 10, 2015 Sault Ste. Marie Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) responded to a fail to remain motor vehicle collision on Olsen Drive in Rupert Acres Park. While investigating this incident a vehicle approached the scene.
After speaking with the driver and as a result of further investigation, Johnny LEMAY, 45 years old, of Aweres Township was arrested and charged with one count of Care or Control of a Motor Vehicle while Impaired and one count of Care or Control of a Motor Vehicle Over 80 milligrams contrary to the Criminal Code of Canada.
The accused was released on a Promise To Appear at the Ontario Court of Justice on June 15, 2015.
