(WASAGA BEACH, ON.) – On May 18th, 2015 at approximately 9:00 a.m., members of the Huronia West Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police were conducting a R.I.D.E. check stop on River Road West at Bells Park Road in the Town of Wasaga Beach.
A motor vehicle was stopped in this R.I.D.E. and the driver was found to be operating it while under the influence of alcohol.
Charged with “Exceed 80 mgs.” is Paul SPADAFORA 23 years old from Vaughan, Ontario. First appearance is June 9th, 2015 in Collingwood court.
