(NORFOLK COUNTY, ON) – The Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) Norfolk County Detachment has charged a 24 year old female and 20 year old female after police stopped a vehicle at a Norfolk Street North, Simcoe, Norfolk County, Ontario address.
On Thursday, May 14, 2015, at approximately 11:57 p.m., police were conducting patrols in the area of Norfolk Street North and Davis Street East when a vehicle caught the attention of the patrolling officer. The vehicle was subsequently stopped and investigated.
As a result of investigation, police charged the driver and passenger located in the vehicle.
Charged with the following offences is 24 year old Kayla Marie-Pearl INTINE of Haldimand County, Ontario.
Possession of Cocaine
Possession of Marihuana
Drive without proper headlights
Fail to surrender insurance card
Having care or control of a motor vehicle with open container of liquor
Charged with having liquor in open container other than licenced premises, residence or private place contrary to the Liquor Licence Act is 20 year old Danayre MCKINNON of Haldimand County, Ontario.
Both are to appear in Provincial Court, Simcoe at a later date to answer to the charges.
