(PENETANGUISHENE, ON) – On May 24, 2015 at 9:03 p.m. Members of the Southern Georgian Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) responded to a call regarding the theft of an I-pad from a residence in Penetanguishene, ON.
As a result of the officer’s investigation, a female was arrested later that evening in the Town of Penetanguishene. Marcie HUNNEF (age 36) of Barrie has been charged with:
– Possession of Property Obtained by Crime sec 355(b) of the Criminal code of Canada
– Mischief under $5,000 sec 430(4) of the Criminal Code of Canada
The accused will appear in The Ontario Court of Justice in Midland on July 2, 2015
