(NORFOLK COUNTY, ON) – The Ontario Provincial Police (OPP), Norfolk County Detachment arrested and charged a 26 year old male after police were called to investigate an incident at a St George Street, Port Dover, Norfolk County, Ontario, address.
On Sunday, May 24, 2015 at approximately 2:00 a.m., police responded to the Port Dover Community Centre after being contacted by a concerned resident.
Through investigation it has been determined that two males became involved in a verbal altercation which then turned into a physical confrontation.
As a result of investigation, police arrested and charged 26 year old Spencer Tyler MURPHY of Norfolk County, Ontario with assault, resist peace officer and fail to comply with a probation order X2.
He is to appear in Provincial Court, Simcoe at a later date to answer to the charges.
