(Havelock-Belmont-Methuen Township, ON) – Members of the Peterborough County Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) investigated a break in to a cottage on Oak Lake on Saturday evening just after 6:00pm.
The homeowner had left the Oak Lake cottage two weeks ago, and re-attended this past weekend. The cottager noticed the door had been forced open and items taken. Stolen from the cottage was an IPod and docking station as well as 12 Coors Lite.
