(LEAMINGTON, ON) –The Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) conducted a vehicle stop on May 29, 2015 at approximately 9:30 p.m. on Essex County Road 31 in Leamington. The vehicle was travelling significantly faster than the posted speed limit.
The driver and sole occupant of the vehicle exhibited signs of impairment failed a roadside screening device. He was arrested at the scene.
Mike CABRAL, age 41 of Leamington, was charged with Exceed 80 Milligrams of Blood Alcohol Content. He will appear in a Leamington court on June 18, 2015 to answer to the charge.
