(TOWNSHIP OF GEORGIAN BLUFFS, ON) – On Sunday, May 31, 2015, at approximately 7:37 p.m., Grey County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) received a report of a stranded hiker along the Bruce Caves located on Concession 24 in the Township of Georgian Bluffs.
The 25 year old hiker from Wellesley, Ontario, who found himself stranded on a rock ledge approximately 20 feet above ground, was assisted to safety by the South Bruce Peninsula Fire Department. There were no injuries reported.
