(NORFOLK COUNTY, ON) – The Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) Norfolk County Detachment has charged a 45 year old male after checking a vehicle at a Norfolk Street South, Simcoe, Norfolk County, Ontario, address.
On Wednesday, June 3, 2015 at approximately 1:44 a.m., police were conducting a R.I.D.E program (Reduce Impaired Driving Everywhere) in the area of Norfolk Street South and Parker Drive, when the vehicle was stopped and checked for driver sobriety.
Charged with driving over the legal limit is 45 year old Marty L SCHWEYER of Norfolk County, Ontario
He is to appear in Provincial Court, Simcoe at a later date to answer to the charge.
