As a result of an ongoing police investigation members of the Elgin County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) Crime Unit executed a search warrant at a residence on Springer Hill Rd in the area of Harmony Acres Line, Malahide Township on May 15th, 2015.
As a result of the search police seized;
2013 Can Am Maverick All-Terrain Vehicle
Four metal road signs
Police arrested without incident and have charged the residences occupants, a male and female with several offences.
Dan GIESBRECHT, age 47 has been charged with;
Possession of Property Obtained by Crime Over $5000
Four counts of Possession of Property Obtained by Crime Under $5000
He was subsequently released on a promise to appear and is scheduled to appear in St. Thomas Criminal Court on June 20th, 2015.
Sara GIESBRECHT, age 42 has been charged with;
1. Possession of Property Obtained by Crime Over $5000
2. Four counts of Possession of Property Obtained by Crime Under $5000
